All of mine (Buffy, Chase, Hiro Nakamura, Peter Parker, Anya) are okay; I don't really know specifically what kind of stuff they have. The things that cannot be stolen from them would be:
-Buffy's wedding ring, which she wears on her person at all times. -Peter's Spider-Man costume, which I assume he wears under his clothes most of the time, but must leave somewhere in the woods occasionally. That's just...not for taking.
Anything else they have (pretty standard stuff, I assume) is fair game.
I don't think Shinn, Rue, or Euphie have anything I'd be up for stealing. But Tamaki has lots of stuff -- like, money (if Kyouya can get it back), ritzy party stuff from the host club (if none of the other members disagree), uh, some costumes. There are still like five billion Haros around camp if you want to snag one from Meer (mitometakunai), and, mm, if you drop me a line about what you'll do with him, you can steal Artoo (astrodroid).
Thor's interesting stuff includes the Magic Hate Ball and his Chippendale's outfit, although I don't know what Yuffie would want with that. There's also Mjolnir, but, hooray for magic, it's not purloinable--although she can try taking it, I guess.
Ricochet only has his clothes and his costume, really, but I'd rather he keep them. His leather jacket's up for grabs, though, and all his nifty disc-weapon gadgets on the sleeves. He keeps a dwindling supply of extra discs in his room, too.
Ico has... his 2x4? It has great sentimental value, though. Don't make him sad.
