On Thursday, I weighed 136.4 but I had another food day that could have been better. I had 1770 calories. I am almost two pounds away from my first goal. I know over the weekend that I have a lot of cleaning to do so there's a chance I can be 135 maybe by Sunday if I restrict while still using a lot of calories. Thanks for the encouragement. I hope I can do it. Lj being different is hard to get used to but I still love it here, lol. It is really cool to have people to talk to about weight and food issues who understand. Hugs

keep up the exercise, it all helps. sometimes I feel like I wish I could do more to make progress and I forget exercise is great to do.

Thanks for being there for me. I really love exercise because I feel like I'm finally doing something to help me not be fat. I need to get better at restricting though. If you are able to make exercise a part of your rountine, I think it is supposed to speed up the metabolism. Hugs
