Sorry that its been awhile but thats how things go. I got an email from my friend in NY. She already has 2 kids that were both born 6+ weeks before their due date and she wants another one. First of all, she isnt the brightest person to have kids.  Shes kinda ditzy but since she hasnt killed them yet, they are in better hands than some females.

It almost sounds like your friend has kids to be pregnant, not to actually have the kids. I don't know her, but that's what it sounds like to me. Why is it the lower IQ'd people have a ton of kids and the mensa type people have 0-2? That's always bothered me, which is why I want to have my bio kids and adopt a bunch of other ones. I'm trying to create a smart army here.

I'm guessing for whatever reason you can't just go next door and ask them to be quiet? I don't suppose there's noise laws there... ummm, could you guys sleep with a radio on or something? (What kind of radio stations are even there...?) I wish I could send you something to help the noise situation but I don't have any [good] solutions.

Im not sure the reason for the third kid. I would take my 2 healthy kids and stop but thats just me. The neighbors have been asked to keep it down but they kinda dont pay attention. Im not sure what the noise laws are but the last thing I am going to do is call the MPs. I am one so I will just kill them. I mean, handle it on my own.
