yay. i hope everyone got good and fat today.

my day was enjoyable.
at first i felt like shit, but then i went driving & we had dinner.
my brother only stayed for like 30 minutes,
but i know all his friends were here for a good hour.
my uncle was high.

life is funny like that.

so um things are ok.

in health we're talkin about harmful ways people relate: the clinger, distancer, controller, fixer, etc.

i've decided that i'm the distancer. (emotionally unavailable and when people get too close, i break it off)
