I was in Italy! Cadence tells me they're close, and that the plane we were on would have flown right over France. Is it nice there?

Italy? Oh I hear it's supposed to be lovely! Is it? And wonderful food I hope? Yes, I suppose so. It's lovely here. A bit deserted now, but it's kind of nice I suppose.

Depends where you are, I think. Because Paris is stone dead. Unless you like stone dead. It is rather peaceful.

Well, I' we've been making small trips about, but I do like it stone dead as you say. Less lines of people everywhere and all together a more calming place.

There's a lot more time to think and less being squashed when you go out to get food. Distinct advantage to Paris in the middle of August. Well, at least for you, who likes that kind of thing.

No--well, not lately at least I don't. Being on your own this much means doing nothing but thinking which I find I'm doing far too often about far too important things that are plaguing me. But it is nice, I'll give you that.

Well, not where I am at least I'm by the water, otherwise its about the same in England I'd imagine---glad to know. But I think you'd win in my current situation, by the water it's cooler AND there are French girls in skimpy French clothes.
