Fabulous editing on the surface, but this deserves rewatching numerous times to absorb everything because there's just so much AWESOME going on. :D

Thank you so, so much. : D I find that thinky thoughts are usually best when dressed up all shiny and entertaining. *nods*

I love the interaction between the sources. You drew out some interesting parallels visually. The editing is hard and fast and raw and in your face, which I like. I love your use of the characters as well as the actors themselves. The actors play multiple characters within the vid, while being one. The whole vid feels strong and powerful, especially when the music kicks at :58ish.

Oh, wow, thank you! The whole 'multiple characters who happen to be the same' thing came completely unintentionally, it just sort of became apparent that all this source that needed to go in happened to feature the same actors. The shows we love aren't terribly original, but that's ok. *pets shows*

I've rewatched a bunch of times and I'm in love with this vid. It feels like something I've always wanted to see. I really like what your saying because it's a harsh truth that needed to be pointed out.

I just want to thank you so much for that. Being able to hijack and try to sum up a collective sentiment is the coolest thing ever, if it actually works. But usually it doesn't. So hearing this still makes me a bit flaily : D

oh WOW!

this is made of awesome - it's shocking & somehow beautiful, and brutally honest. i really love it. & your edit is just wonderful, i love how you hop from show to show and make it all look so seamless... so good!

Thank you, this compliment means so much to me. ♥ Really, this is exactly what one could wish to achieve in a vid.

...hop from show to show and make it all look so seamless

The recurring tropes of genre tv, let me show you them. : D

Wow. This was really, really awesome - I love the perspective you brought out in this (isn't it just kick-you-in-the-crotch, spit-on-your-neck fantastic?), and I'll definitely have to rewatch it, because, wow.

Oh.. wow. I love your use of phrasing so much. Which is why some of us are writers and some of us... aren't.

And given the recent spate of 'girl power! yeah!' type vids out there, new perspectives have got to be a good thing. ^_^

New perspectives are always a good thing!

Sadly, I stole the phrasing outright from Friends, but I've been informed that's a perfectly valid part of being a writer ;)
