Maybe this isn't failure; maybe it's just time to move on.

It happened about a mile away from my house (right outside a shopping center on Carmen Avenue) and its replacement will be here Tuesday night.

I'm going to miss my little blue wagon; my life just won't feel quite the same without it...

It's only sometimes that I can clear my mind, step back, and see just how much I have been blessed. My goal for this new year is to try to focus less on what I'm lacking and what's wrong with my life at a particular moment and more on the big picture. Because when it comes right down to it, I love the life I lead.

Blah I've typing, deleting, and retyping stuff on here for the past 15 minutes, and I've yet to find anything I want to say. I handed in my sixth and final college application to the College Placement Office this morning(two days later than they wanted it, but whatever), and I got my first acceptance letter this afternoon. I really enjoyed Thanksgiving this year; there was lots of good food (including homemade stuffing and chocolate rugala!), lots of laughs, and a few good games of Catch Phrase played. In exactly ten days, three hours, and twelve minutes from now it will be Nick and my REAL one year anniversary. He's one of the greatest people to have ever entered my life, and I honestly don't want to remember what things were like before him.
