Lots of entertaining activities planned for the rest of the week. Yay.

Friday night was awesome. The Rush cover band I went to see was amazing. They played for more than three hours, and the whole vibe in that place was pretty strong, with everybody singing all the songs and everything. I'm going to see a Rush cover band that's supposed to be really good tonight. They're supposed to be the second best thing next to the real deal.

I have lots of new ideas for short stories that I'd like to write, so I hope that a time of great creative flow will come my way. I haven't really done much in the realm of creative writing in a few months, but as of today, that's beginning to change.

Today I decided to take the afternoon to just be lazy and stuff. My plan was to just sit on the couch watching the US Open on TV and eating chips and ice-cream, but it only worked out to a certain extent because I felt too charged up and energetic to just sit still. I thought I'd have nothing to do in the afternoon and I could watch the US Open on TV, but as it turn out I've been running (well, not running, but moving fast) from one place to the next and so I missed the coverage. Tomorrow I intend not to.

I had a pretty decent day today. The first good thing about it is that it started fairly late, which is good considering I hate mornings, and that was because I stayed up late yesterday as I went to see a friend's band play (I seem to be doing a lot of that lately).
