Hello there. Just thought I'd drop a line or two, if only to say that this thing beats the hell out of the MSN Space I'm currently using. It might be fun to start posting here again, but who knows... I'd have to find/make time for it.

When it comes to this LJ (or any similar medium of communication I might find on the Internet), one question I have never been able to find a complete answer for is what I should write about. Today is my birthday. I've noticed that it tends to be the same day every year, though who knows, it might surprise me someday....

It's been a great year for concerts in this country. Being in the arse end of the world, as some would say, and having a relatively small market, is not a great recipe for concerts galore. Tonight I saw Iron Maiden play live for the first time in my life.

I've been waiting for this day for roughly 15 years.

So, the year is coming to an end. Looking back it has to be one of the strangest I've had in my life, but I feel like after a great deal of confusion, pain, turmoil, or whatever it was, things are shaping up.
