AC didn't work. I had only a cup of milk and a banana for a day.
I was dying from a warm up only.
They did 50 crunches and everything else 50 times.
Pattern of upper block, lower block (both left hand), right punch and kick, then left lower block. Step back or front and repeat. Looked cool. I learned it at home later
