I hate snobs. Really. Sure, some people probably are better than others. But in my experience, it has nothing to do with looks or class. It's all about how you interact with others.

I'd like to pretend that I have something to say. I'd tell you about how I just wanted a cup of juice, and so when I went out to get one, I grabbed a bowl instead of a cup. But this is the sort of banal detail that people don't write about in their journals because it's not interesting, even if it is the best way to convey state of mind.

I've come to realize that it doesn't matter what I say as the act of speaking seems to make words meaningless. Words fall into ears like flower petals made heavy with rain, earthbound, soft mass hitting with no sound or fury.
