the 23rd straight day of rain brought in a lake under the front door with it. last summer i wondered what the drain in the floor of the kitchen was for. i considered how convenient it might be to hose off the kitchen every once in a while. clearly, it has a more important use.

myheritage.com's face recognition program says that i look most like andy roddick. i'm not sure how i feel about that.
