Steve and I broke up earlier this month.

Surprise!

Tonight is my first night in my new apartment with three new roommates (Katie, Shelley, Vicki) at Campus Crossings right down the road from UCF.

Steve and I plan on maintaining a friendship and I'm mostly optimistic that it is possible.

Today in one of my Education Classes, we were going over a few news articles that the professor found relevant; we were also reviewing the main concepts from the text we just finished. Classes started last week at UCF and I wasn't really sure what to expect. But basically the environment is the same. Except replaces hills with palm trees. I'm taking four classes this semester; two are education courses and two are English. So far I really like my Ed classes and my English classes could be worse. The other day Steve and I were attempting to kill a spider in our room (by spraying it to death with a can of shaving cream), and when the shaving cream made contact the spider threw forth a thousand baby spiders into the room.

I was up and standing on the bed in an instant. WTF!

I just finished Harry Potter 7 for the 2nd time and I officially hate being a muggle.

I'm about to head to the Orlando Target for my first shift after close to a month of waiting, but the truth is I'd rather not go at all.

If you can call it living.

I guess a more fitting verb would be exist.

I exist in Orlando, because I am present in the city. But to say living goes a tad too far because in order to live, one must do something.

I do nothing.
