Suzanne, that is the song that really changed my relationship with Christ for the better.

there's this place called Prayer House in grand rapids, and on saturday nights anyone is welcome to go and worship and pray and you are just surrounded by people madly in love with God and people desperately searching for something. it's amazing.

but anyways, one night last winter i went with two of my friends.
and they played that song.
it was the first time i had ever heard it, and they played it for a good half hour. just repeating different parts of it.

it was one of the most powerful spiritual experiences i have ever had. just sitting in this living room, looking up to the sky and praising God. God really spoke to me through that song...He showed me all the ways in my life that He has shown His power and strength and all the things He has saved me from. and i think that's when i really realized how much God truly does love me. how much He loves all of us. it's a wonderful song.

It is. It got a little overplayed last year at my school, but I'm so glad we brought it back. Our choir sings it sometimes in practice and just, when you think about the words, it's hard not to get goosebumps! Our God is Mighty to Save. He Saves every day. He Saves us all the time, as we are, in our fears, in our failures, He is Mighty. Ohhh it's amazing.

Chapel today was amazing. Expect a facebook message of the link to listen to it because I'm sending it to everyone I care about!

I feel like once I write one, I'll write a million. Really, why haven't I written songs before?
