Damn all i have to say is wow...I Ran the Honolulu Marathon in 4 hours 28 minutes and 30 seconds. 26.2 miles. ran the enitre thing with out stopping held about a 10 minute mile pace it was fuckin nuts. i cant explain te way i feel right now i got stories for the bench when i get back home.thats it
