favorite fresh rosemary recipes?

I just bought a rosemary bush because it smelled pretty, was festive and tree shaped.

Anyone have favorite recipes using fresh rosemary?

I just made some rosemary shortbread cookies yesterday, and they are awesome.

You really can't beat a good rosemary chicken. Sprinkle it over any cut of chicken along with some olive oil and bake it; it'll smell and taste heavenly.

Also seconded like whoa. But I like it with garlic, pepper and salt rather than lemon.

Ditto on the garlic, salt and pepper, but I like to put onions, peppers, parsnips and carrots in with the potatoes.

Seconded*. Also, if you sprinke le surface of the focaccia with a bit of oil stirred with water it will be so, *so* delicious.

Exactly what it sounds like. It also comes labeled as "bread machine yeast". It's yeast that makes bread rise faster than the normal stuff does. Ususally next to the normal active dry yeast in the supermarket.
