My thanks to the commenters on my last post, your love and encouragement is greatly appreciated. Please do not think that I had forgotten even one of you, if anything it is my missing you, in part, which makes the current situation so hard

I agree - it was a great treat to be able to see you! I'm still amazed that we were able to make it work, what with the sheer geography of where we all live...

Smy and I do intend to come visit you, as soon as possible - which may not be THAT soon, it will be after your birthday, but we are so excited to see you and will be there for as much time as we possibly can. We're going to try to work it out so that I have either Friday or Monday off so we can spend more time. I do love you, so much I can't really express it properly, and I hate how hard it has been for you the past few years :(
