my mom got our family free tickets to watch war and some other 70s bands at the greek. it was interesting.
never had i realized that my dad does truly dance like a cholo.

it was cool seeing all the old school, og. cholos in one place without fighting and most of them in their 50s smoking pot with their wives.

i have a 5 day weekend and some plans. i probably will end up canceling half and the other half, won't happen because i'm broke as fuck!

i have been watching whale wars obsessively. so much that ...
(a) i have made a personal vow to volunteer on deck once i have graduated/ before grad school (in 2 years)
(b) go vegan. well i'm starting off slow so i'll be on a vegetarian diet until i gradually transition

i got into university of cincinnati summer research program.

so excited, it's only a week but it's an opportunity unlike any other i've had before.
