well i got weighed and measured today. probably not the best time to do it right smack dad in the middle of my period. oh well. i lost 1.50inches since last month and i am back down to what i weighed not last time i got weighed but the time before that so thats good. i would really like to at least lose 3 more pounds this month. i dont know what ( Read more... )

Faith you look beautiful. You don't need to lose more weight. However, if you want to...cutting out food...at this point...will do very little. You have to up the cardio. Besides going to the gym everyday, also make time for a half an hour run/jog/walk...every day...you'll see results very quickly. But like I said...its not like you need it, you're freaking hot!

I remember this red headed girl telling me I needed to stop losing weigh b/c I was becoming obsessive over it and now look who's obsessed. RIDICULOUS! You're not even overweight, so why are you trying so hard? First off, cutting out foods, at this point, like chris said, isn't going to do anything for you. Plus, anything you cut out, in order to keep off, will actualy have to be life maintenance for you. You'll basically have to do what you do for the rest of your life b/c you've made such drastic modifications. Not that it's all bad, but honestly, having a cookie once in awhile isn't going to hurt you AT ALL if you have a sensible diet and a work out schedule. You really look fine how you are. You should stop obsessing, you can't continue to cut out or nothing will work at all. Plus, you have a great/low body fat percentage, so that pretty much means maybe you could lose a little more, but not much, if any. W/that in mind, you'd need to do more of a fat burning routine and not so much weights (like you do). dont be ridiculous, you're ( ... )
