I am also nervous about the upcoming hurricane season. The news has told me that it should be the same if not twice as bad as last season. I am from the MS gulf coast and suffered a lot from Hurricane Katrina. The only thing that kept my town going was the church and volunteer groups. FEMA helped very little families if any at all. Hopefully there won't be a need for FEMA (*knocks on wood*) but after last year's utter organizational B.S., I would hope that they're more ready to be of better help.

they were probably just exagerating or trying to get ppl prepared but that's what I heard.

Whoever put such garbage, tabloid reporting together for them needs to get their head examined. And be fired.
