I'm really not happy with my structure. It seems too stream of consiousness-y, and there's a definite shift in style where you can tell I got up and came back to it later. It's also completely unorganized and too all over the place. I should've concentrated more on the bio-terrorism, but I didn't think of it until I was halfway done, and I'm way to lazy to rewrite it.

It needs rewriting, but I'm not going to because I'm lazy.
