Just letting you guys know I am still around...no change in anything, really, except those annoying BH contractions have actually disappeared!
I'm glad in a way, because they were totally throwing me off, and if anything, making me angry because I was constantly being 'attacked' by these odd contractions, yet not going into labour. It's a nice ( Read more... )

I know there is only one day left - your 'due date' is tomorrow. I also know this is not a date I should be expectant upon, as only five percent of babies actually arrive on their EDD. My last day of work yesterday coincided with 'turning' 39w.

It was alright - it was stocktake (and is again today...I kinda wish I'd have been able to go in to help out today as they just get SO busy, especially Mum), and of course even though we sent out faxes & letters to our customers advising them we would be closed for two days (read: no ( Read more... )

Just finished casting my belly. I would have taken pictures, but both mine and mother's hands were covered in plaster, so operating a camera was totally out of the question.
That, and I don't know how I feel about ppl seeing me nakey except for some plaster covering my torso :P

I have wanted to get a bellycast done pretty much the whole length of my pregnancy, but decided to wait until last minute so I could really capture just how much I've grown.
There's a woman here who makes up kits with the plaster, gauze bandages, cream to apply beforehand, drop sheet, a CD to explain how to do the cast (and pictures of heaps of ( Read more... )
