“I don’t see why I have to learn how to do this. Christmas isn’t until for a couple more months,”
Pansy looked up at her fiancé and smirked. After months of being frustrated, and questioning everything that had been muggle, it had finally been her turn to teach Harry something new.
“And the wedding is in two,” she said, tying the ribbon around the loop, showing him just how it’s supposed to be done. “So, we’ll be sending out thank you letters with a little gift.”
She heard him sigh. Pansy couldn’t help but admire her fiancé, he was trying so hard. They'd been at it for the past hour or so and not once did she hear him complain; just some questions here and there. She’d sometimes steal glances at him, looking much too adorable.
“How did you ever wrap your presents at Christmas,” she asked
“I never did put bows or ribbons on them. Or if I did, it was those stick-on ones,” he said proudly.
“Lazy git,”
Harry winked, leaning over to kiss her quickly on the lips.
“Now, are you ever going to stop teaching me this so that I can kiss my wife properly or shall I still act as if I’m learning anything because as you can tell I’m just tying them in knots,” he smiled.
"I'm not your wife yet," she reminded him again. "two more months, Potter,"
"only a technicallity. You're my wife already, there's no need for a big ceremony to prove it," he said, trying to steal more kisses from her.
Pansy narrowed her eyes playfully, shaking her head in amusement. She knew he never did want a big wedding, but he wanted her to be happy with the 'fairy tale' wedding that his best friend had convinced him to have.
He kissed her lips softly, but tenderly. Pansy knew just exactly what was going through Harry Potter’s mind, and she couldn’t help but smile.
