so my house that i've lived in my entire life has to be sold soon.  i can't even imagine someone else living here; the thought kills me.  my brother and i may have the opportunity to buy it, but the decision is out of our hands now and my uncle controls everything.  plus we would need 3-4 roommates and then there's property taxes, etc....blah.  it'
