I haven't really had much of a sleep schedule as of late. I got about 7 hours last night, be the 3 nights before that I was only able to get 12 hours combined. It's sad really. When I don't have to wake up at 5AM to go to work, my body wakes me up after 4 hours, it never fails. It's really sad and fucked up that I've conditioned myself like that,
