It's such a shame that I have 'I see stupid ppl' days more often than I prefer. Like yesterday at work...a woman came in for a price adjustment on a pair of panties that was marked wrong during our big sale and would not understand that she was getting money put back on her credit card, not charging more. What can I say, it was a special day.

yeah.. yesterday a customer came in a paid with her visa when she actually wanted to pay with a starbucks card... ok easy enough, void the original transaction so it doesn't go through to Visa.. and re-ring with the gift card; well to confirm that the transaction will be taken off her visa we need to scan the card again.. well she did't like that very much, she thought we were charging her again on the visa... she was a ditz to begin with.

I liked Bo, too. He was hot. but i didn't know if he actually counted as an american idol since he lost... but he was hot :)
