Diet starts right the fuck now
I'm fed up with the way I look and how extremly unnattractive and fat I have become.
My face looks bloated.
My Diet
-Water, no soda, no juice, NO COFFEE
-Cigarettes, just because they curb my hunger
-No fast food
-NO carbs
-Run 2x week
-Crunches 3x a week..at least 300 per day.
