I skated on Friday, but only for about an hour.  We had the big snowstorm on the way and as the thunder rolled on and the rain pounded on the roof of the rink, I was too anxious about the long drive home to concentrate.  DavidBowie didn't show up, so I headed out.  Have not skated all week until today - got in a good hour and a half.  DB is out of

In my opinion, a skater can get a lot done with skating only twice a week. The focus tends to be different, because there's less time. Sounded like a great lesson. Kudos on pushing through the outside mohawk work. :)
