Naglaro kami ng badminton kagabi ni dianne kasama ang kapatid ko na si glaza. Nakakapagod agad. 30 minuto pa lang pakiramdam ko hapong hapo na ako. Kailangan ko talaga ng regular na ehersisyo. Just finish lunch. I've gained about 2 kgs in the last weeks that I have been taking supplementary vitamins and drinks. My nausea is gone. I don't stay up later than ten thirty in the evening.
