If you can get into a routine of working out say M/W/F not only will you be awesomely fit and maybe stave off future neck throwings-out, but you'll also be getting awesome value for money! Lemme know if you need a remote workout buddy for motivation, I really need to start going to the gym again soon....

We have a few exercise buffs on our team. Everyone does spinning together in 6 week classes, but they are $60 and I really don't feel like it's a particularly good deal when I can go and listen to my music and use all the same equipment. That being said, I can go and use the treadmill every time they go to spinning and we can sort of do it as a group.

Right now Sunny has Monday classes which means I work from home. So Mondays are out right now. I may do Tuesday and Wednesday for now. I have to get a schedule figured out one way or the other though.

I'll certainly take the gym friend guilt of having to do it because I know you are lol. Not sure how we'll keep in contact about it though :D

Either way, good for us for getting off our asses. Even better for you because I haven't gotten back into shape after Wes was born and it's been almost 10 years now. You seem to be on top of things a bit more.

Dude, I am not on top of things at all -- it's like a miracle that I have managed to leave the house now 2 days running! (But only one of those involved exercise, and even then it was only a 40-minute walk.) But I live in hope that I will be able to rejoin the human race in something less than 10 years. But that might just be unfounded optimism. I am pretty fucking tired and addicted to chocolate, so...

Yeah, that sounds about right. We'll both make it back at some point though. Personally, I have faith that you'll get there in less time than I did. And you actually went through the whole pregnancy and giving birth part too.

Good plan. I always find it so hard to exercise at home because there are always other things that I should be doing as well. I envy your dedication.
