Soylent Part 2
This week I've been really unsure of how to balance food and exercise. I find it much more confusing when my caloric intake is so specific. For instance, I go to the gym and burn 450 calories before work. Then I drink 1 Soylent which is 400 calories. It gets to be around 11:00/11:30 and I start to get hungry. Mr Robot makes me crazy. I started watching it months ago and just stopped. It itched under my skin where I couldn’t scratch. It was an annoyance I just couldn’t put my finger on. Cultural Life Expectations
As we become adults in our culture there are certain societal expectations that get thrust upon us.
