I feel you on the whole mood crash thing. I'm the same way the day after a concert - ALWAYS. I've gotten to the point where I just always take the next day off because my endorphins (or whatever) are so high the day of, I just feel like crap and sad the next day. Plus, my body canNOT handle shows the way it used to and I'm pretty sore the next day. <3

I haven't had that from concerts (the mood crash. I definitely have the physical crash). That would really suck, I'm sorry. I think it's because I don't generally build concerts up that much. I've seen all my idols. I saw the Pixies (yay us) after giving away my tickets in 1992. I'm lost my tickets to Nirvana and I'm definitely not going to get another chance to see them. My current mood crash may be related to seeing Star Wars and knowing it's going to be another 2 years before the next installment. I hadn't considered that.

Yep, that's the good old crash from the endorphins fading away.

I'm looking forward to the post Yule fasting to get rid of some of this flab I've put on.
