This week I've been really unsure of how to balance food and exercise. I find it much more confusing when my caloric intake is so specific. For instance, I go to the gym and burn 450 calories before work. Then I drink 1 Soylent which is 400 calories. It gets to be around 11:00/11:30 and I start to get hungry. So I can probably wait a while to eat,
