Soylent Part 2

This week I've been really unsure of how to balance food and exercise. I find it much more confusing when my caloric intake is so specific. For instance, I go to the gym and burn 450 calories before work. Then I drink 1 Soylent which is 400 calories. It gets to be around 11:00/11:30 and I start to get hungry. This might be a stupid question. But could you drink 1 bottle post-gym, then drink like 1/4 of the next bottle as an 11am pickmeup, then drink the other 3/4 of that bottle at lunch time? Or is that just too sad?

No, that's not a bad idea. I'm just not sure what I should be doing. So if I burn 400 calories, does that mean I should eat extra that day? Will my brain get all blood sugar weird if I don't eat enough? It's hard because I could probably drink like 3000 calories of this stuff and not feel stuffed because it's liquid.
