Your friend was primarily squibbed for breaking the rules, not for pushing, although there were a few squib votes for pushing. I'd love to see her back in a month.
I don't see the Claw, myself, but I do see plenty of Slytherin and LOADS and LOADS of Gryffindor. Slytherdor.

I was going to say Slythendor, but fuck it... I want you in Slytherclaw with me. You may have a Gryffindor tone to your writing, but then so do I, and it did make people think I had more Gryffindor in me than I really do. What you said was incisive and intelligent and Claw-ish, even if the way you said it was kind of Lionesque.
Oh dear... I absolutely loved your application. Wonderful, I would say. Yeah, I guess some people could interpret your application as one that is pushing for Slytherin, but your answers appeared so honest to me that I can't help but believe that this is just how your personality is. You aren't trying to seem like a Slytherin, you actually do possess those traits

Wow. I don't think I've ever had such a thorough voting explaination in any application I've EVER done.
I'm glad the flavor of the application was to your taste...it doesn't appeal to everyone, I've found, but as long as a few appreciate it, I see no reason to alter the way I do things. Even if I get accused of not being subtle. *cough*
What I'm trying to say, in short, is thanks muchly for the vote. Rather insightful work, I thought, and it IS appreciated.

You're welcome. I'm sorry but I'm not used to giving long explanations on why I sorted people where and stuff, so I'm just going to get to the point and tell you where I mainly got the vibes from.
I saw plenty of Gryffindor from your friendship answer,(and quite a bit in your most prominent qualities answer) and Hufflepuff in the prominent qualities as well. Though you think that there's not much Hufflepuff (or maybe even none at all) in you, I thought you showed plenty of that when you showed that there was a wide range of houses you could belong to when you described your qualities. And I believe that diversity in unity is a prominent Hufflepuff trait.
But with all that said, I see you've been sorted into my house anyway. Hope to see you around in the common room.

I wouldn't ask for an essay for an answer, of course!
But some bullet points might have been nice. And while I'm still a little confused, at least I'm less confused about where it was that you saw all this.
