Went to the MD renfest yesterday, with S.O. and friend in tow. Too cold in the shade, at least if one sat still, but quite nice in the sun. I got to wear my garb for the first time in quite a while. I now have a table and chairs for the new place.  Oak, sort of medium-brown, quite nice.  A large step up from the wood-veneered particleboard table and cheap metal chairs.  One of those chairs actually gave way beneath me the other day, so now we're down to two.  More embarrassing than painful, really.  And now it's not even an annoyance- the more ( Read more... )
