The few pics that have made it onto Twitter, Facebook, & Instagram seem to indicate it was just family. I doubted the cast would be invited because the majority are out of Hawaii, doing their own things right now, & if Alex & Malia wanted to keep it quiet (which it appears, despite the confirmation announcement) their sudden presence on Oahu, when they're not due back to work until July, might have made the press, etc., nosy & ruined Alex & Malia's big day.
Honestly, I doubt any of them were offended at not being invited & I'm sure they're all happy for them. Who knows? Maybe they'll have a celebration involving the cast & crew once production resumes (just speculation; I don't know for sure).
I can't really agree with you. Scott works on Hawaii 9-10 months of the year. If he came back people would just assume it was for some wrap up to the show. LA is only a couple hours plane ride to Hawaii and Scott can certainly afford the flight. If Scott wasn't invited to the wedding it would make me assume their friendship isn't as strong as we've been led to believe. If their friendship is as close as they say Alex would want him at the wedding I think. In any case it doesn't matter. I'm just glad Alex is happy.
I wish them a long, happy & healthy marriage! It is so difficult to be in the limelight all the time, and I hope that they are one of the couples who make it!
Me too. I think they were smart to live together for a couple of years and get to know each other first. So many Hollywood couples marry after knowing each other a couple of months.
