 Yesterday, it didn't rain at all dispite a forcasted 80-90% chance of rain all day (except for a few minutes while I was in the restroom according to Brian).  We went to Target first thing in the morning to buy an umbrella in anticipation.  Yesterday, we flew into LAX.  We then went straight to Brian's burger obsession, In-N-Out Burger.  I can not overemphasis how much Brian loves In-N-Out Burger.  As for the veggie burger, it is pretty tasty.  It consists of fresh crisp lettuce and onion with tomato, pickles, and a secret sauce.  Brian orders his cheeseburgers plain and a little "Z ( Read more... )

 Last night we went to the Epcot Food and Wine festival for the second time!  It was a really lovely night.  I got a brown bread, butter, cheese and apple chutney plate from Ireland, a curried butternut squash soup from India, a vegetable sushi roll from Japan and a pomegranate kir from France.  The soup came with a little crispy bread piece and ( Read more... )

Last night a Target, I saw a beautiful dark red apple that looked so delicious and juicy. This morning I woke up and grabbed the bag on my way out the door.  When I got to work I was all ready to enjoy my apple, but noticed I had accidentally brought a red onion instead.  :)
