Today, my two of my bosses called me into their office to tell me that they were giving me a $1000 bonus on my next paycheck because I just passed my 2nd APA exam and was doing a good job. Yay me!

Yesterday I finally went to get a library card.  How sad is that?  I've been existing off borrowed and bought books since November.  (Fortunately, there are a lot of readers at work.  There is a book closet where you can "take a book, leave a book" and my three bosses are always dropping off a book for me to read.)  I was desperately missing a good ( Read more... )

Rachel and Candis arrived in town yesterday afternoon. I somehow missed them coming off the plane and my cell phone wasn't getting any reception, but I finally found them.
