Barty found himself standing in a dark room with only a spotlight on him. “Hello?” he asked quietly, not really expecting anyone to answer. “I must be dreaming,” he muttered to himself.
“Well, yeah, you are,” a female voice, from the shadows behind him, said made him jump and turn around. “Hello Sexy, so nice of you to join me,” it said, as the owner of the voice stepped out of the shadows. The owner of the voice was a young pretty blonde girl, clad only in a blue dressing gown.
“Uh, who are you?” Barty asked in surprise, “And where the hell am I?”
The girl pressed her fingers to his lips effectively silencing him. “Shh, we can talk later,” she muttered as she pressed her lips against his briefly. Barty caught a whiff of her shampoo, which smelt faintly of strawberries and other summer fruits. “Now let’s get you out of those clothes,” she muttered as she pulled back and looked at him, licking her lips.
Barty looked down at himself and saw he was clad in his black leather outfit with jacket to match. He smiled at her. “So you like the leather look?” he asked her, feeling like he wasn’t really in control of his dream.
She smirked at him as she gently tugged off his jacket and threw it to the side. “Well, of course, Silly,” she giggled. Normally Barty hated girls that giggled but on her it sounded endearing. Before Barty could say anything, she grabbed him by the head and kissed him furiously, her lips burning his.
Barty kissed her back, his passion matching hers. He didn’t know her name, but at that moment he didn’t care, all he wanted was her kisses. He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her closer to him.
She suddenly pulled back and regarded him, with an unreadable expression on her face. “Right,” she said smiling at his expression, “now that I have your attention, I need to tell you a few things. Firstly, you’re a good kisser. Secondly, you need to shed those clothes. Stop hiding behind them. Thirdly..,” she trailed off and kissed him again, running her hands down his body. Barty responded eagerly, running his hands over the soft material of the dressing gown that she was wearing. She slid her hands under the back of his black shirt and paused and looked at him.
“Mr Crouch, Mr Crouch,” a voice persisted, tugging at the edge of his hearing. The blonde girl faded from view and Barty opened his eyes, coming face to face with Madam Pomfrey.
Barty flinched and moved back. “What?” he managed after a few minutes of staring at her with his mouth open.
“You fell asleep. Are you okay? Are you in pain?” Pomfrey asked, eying him critically.
“What? No, I’m fine, was just having a nice dream. It was nice to have one of those for a change,” Barty rambled.
Pomfrey looked shocked. “You were dreaming?”
Barty nodded. “Yeah, I fell asleep, I dreamt, what about it? Isn’t that what normal people do when they fall asleep?” he almost snarled. Being woken up from a nice dream made Barty a little cranky. He was really desperate for a cup of coffee because he was never in a good mood before he had some coffee.
“You shouldn’t have dreamt at all. I gave you Dreamless Sleep potion.” Pomfrey said, ignoring his shocked silence. “Right, I think you should get some food into you.” she said, standing up.
