Very tired. Stayed up late peering at flies through a microscope, trying to figure out whether or not their 2nd antennal segments had sutures on the outside edge, whether their longitudinal wing edges were spinose, and if so, if their halteres leaned toward or away from their mesopleura. Wow. Sickness this weekend, but it seems to have run its course. Something else in the weather seems to be off, though. Girl and I have been a bit snippy with each other. I think it's the humidity. Think things are turning up...I see the sun today.

I'm about to go give notice of my impending resignation to my boss. I'm a bit nervous. I feel a little bad, but I'm not sure why. I made it clear when they hired me I wasn't going to be around all that long. Strange thing...my Firefox won't open today on my work computer. Any ideas why? The computer will make noises as if to pretend to do something for a minute or so, but the task manager says nothing is happening.
