June. Summer time. I went to visit Ms. Mary Pearson in Brooklyn. I had a lovely time. Most of the highlights have something to do with amazing vegan food: Tofu scallion cream cheese, popcorn "shrimp", "calamari", Soul "chicken", "fish" sandwich WITH tartar sauce!, brownie cheesecake with vanilla soft serve, cupcakes...the list could go on and
