Height: In cat form: ~24 inches
Weight: Cat form: 10lbs

Fur: All white
Physical traits: A cat! That talks! Most of the time. He rarely uses his albino dwarf form, and you will rarely see him like that mostly because I don't have any icons. He can manage things like ladders and other things that would slow cats with seemingly no trouble at all.
What's not okay to mention around him: He won't talk about being one of the Shiners, nor what happened to them.
Abilities: Take the collar off and find out? Normally, Mogget is just a cat with a few extra abilities: talking, elongation, getting slightly bigger, getting into practically any space. Take the collar off, and Mogget is an extremely powerful Free Magic being, corrosive and destructive.
Notes for the Psychics: It would be very, very difficult to read Mogget's mind, even as a cat. The most you might get is surface thoughts of fish. This is due to the fact that he's a Free Magic being in the form of a cat.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc? Magic is very difficult with him, due to his true nature. Anything else you can do to a cat, sure.
Molest/break limbs/torture/etc? If you can catch him~ He's a fast cat.
Kissing/Hugging: He'll grumble, and try to squirm away, but probably won't try too hard or actively scratch, if he likes you.
