Ingredients:
2 Bunches fresh spinach rinsed and coarsely chopped
18 oz of quartered marinated artichoke hearts (usually one big bottle and one small one)
3 oz of cream cheese (by weight)
2 tbsp of butter (unsalted)
About 1/2 a cup of bread crumbs
onion salt and black pepper to taste
You will need one small casserole dish to bake this in!
