I was in the same situation. so I stopped eating as much so my stumach shrunk. it hurts when you dont eat when you feel like you need to, but overall its better. and mike and I try to exercize about 3-4 times a week. whether its ab exercises, swimming, walking, jogging, or tennis. or a combination of a few of those. i lost like 3 pounds which is.. not bad.
my secret to getting jeans that are a smaller size yet still fit me even though im usually a 5 or 7 is going to pacsun haha. Tilt jeans i swear are made to make me less self-consious. i can wear a 3 in them, but nothing lower than 5 anywhere else. but yeah, i also gained weight. except its more in the face which sucks cause i have double chin x659 when smiling now haha but oh well. maybe if you started running again or something you'd get back down to where youre used to and want to be. i just use tennis for excercise. but good luck with this all :]
