i did muay thai this morning.
lots of kicking and elbows and blocking and face hitting.
pretty much the most exciting thing happening in my life to date.

off to little tokyo for sushi without sushi.

I haven't been sleeping much at all, so little that last night I think I went to bed only an hour or so before my alarm went off.
