I had a minor slip up last night with my diet. I had 3 cans of UDL and two cowboy shots. The food I ate while drinking wasnt that great but at least most of it was fat free. Any way back on the game today.

I've had such a horrible week at work and to top it off on my last day for the week I receive a call from one our drivers wives telling me that her husband won't be in for work the next day because a tree fell on his car and he has passed away. I was watching a documentary today on youtube called dying to be anorexic. There is a scientist on the show that has proven that 3/4 of people with eating disorders have a lower level of blood flow in one of the lobes in the Brian which explains why not all people get eating disorders and how some people are more susceptible to distorted body image ( Read more... )

I've been on a bit of a downer lately. Is it strange how difficult I find life. I'm in a pretty good job, the pays good, most of the people are okay, it really isnt that hard, but at the same time I want so much more.
