and..
for those of you who don't know who Ugly is -- picture those fatfaced college girls with 80's beauty school perms. however, Ugly has to be ahead of her time, being that she looks like a mini version of that. my guess is that at her local Supercuts, some moron hit a powerline down the block and the electricity went out in the middle of her haircut.. so during the blackout a mexican dandy hairstylist named Javier or Sergio cut and permed her hair all fucked up while biting his nails, working up a panic.
i'll give tiffany credit here, because it's smart of her to befriend Ugly. not only does it make her look like a humanitarian, but since tiffany is a gorgeous girl already.. Ugly makes her look a million times better.
