doesn't drinking on your meds totally destroy you? i definitely couldn't on welbutrin.

Too soon to tell? I don't know if you mean if I get drunker or that I feel by and large terrible or if I feel more depressed. I don't know how wellbutrin differs from celexa, except that the latter sounds sexier whereas wellbutrin sounds like a put on. My dad used it for a little while.

it just made me feel immediately hungover, like, after one sip, and then progressively worse over the coming days. i also read that it's possible quinine can make you crazier and i was drinking a lot of gin and tonics in those days, so who knows.

It just seems to me that drinking while on medication would have, if not an entirely adverse affect, a completely negating one. You know? Destabilizing what the meds are meant to stabilize... Maybe. No one's let down, just worried.

And I totally get you about the obnoxious girl. I always worry when paying attention to people like that, that the reason I see what they're doing as simple attention getting is that it's exactly what I'm doing. Otherwise I either wouldn't notice, or I would feel real concern, but my cynicism corrupts it.
