I feel fucking awful. I don't know what's wrong with me, but I feel so awful.

I ache all over. My arms & legs feel weak, sore & achy. I can feel it in the back of my thighs, right in the muscle. I can feel it in the muscles in my upper arms. I feel like my muscles got overworked & are hurting/sore from that, even though I've done nothing physically ( Read more... )

The subject pretty much sums it up. We changed the clocks back on Sunday (the 5th) & it's been absolutely terrible. I get out of work at 5, & it feels like it's midnight. I've also been sleeping a lot the last few days because 8 pm feels like 1 am.

Well, that & the fact I feel like shit. Moreso than usual.

So I was overreacting last time, thinking I had been exposed to covid, Turns out I was fine. The damage was done though. I stressed myself enough to hurt my gut again. So it's now fall. Just like last year, the temperatures dipped right when fall dropped. Just like last year, the change of the seasons means illness is starting to really be more prevalent again.
