Oh boy.

Ok, I can understand a bunch of people being upset over the hide museum closing. Being that I was never a huge hide fan, I have no place saying whether it should or should not stay open. In fact, it is my place to state clearly that I am completely indifferent.

That said, being that I have a lot of experience when it comes to lobbying thanks to my ( Read more... )

eheheheh I love you :o

but the fans won't. How dare you bring your accursed LOGIC into their domain!

not to mock hide fans. My roommate loves hide. I like him. Just fangirls/boys do not tend to be the most rational of creatures.

Yeah, I mean, their hearts are right for the most part...their method and articulation on the other hand...*cough*

You know what's awesome? When people are talking about other people's lack of regard for the English language while internetting, and they misspell grammar. It always makes my day with its irony.

HIDE IS MY GOD! IF YOU CLOSE THE MUSEUM I'LL THROW TOFU AT MYSELF AND DIE
...
What the hell?
And this one: NO MANN!!!!! I can so clearly see some people I knew in high school saying this. Although, they would drag the 'N' out further.
Thank you for posting these. The sheer stupidity made my day. ^_^

The whole petition is more or less like that, and they seriously think anyone will take it seriously? Ridiculous!

The o's would drag out too. 'Nooooooo Mannnnnnnnnnuh.' Always gotta have the uh at the end.

That's pretty sad. I'm not even taking them seriously and I have nothing to do with the museum one way or another. There's no way business people would truly consider this in the state it is now.

You're right though. The o's would drag out too, but the potheads I knew wouldn't have put the 'uh' at the end. Come to think about it, I think the a's would have been dragged out more than the n's.

Gaaaah, that really sucks. I didn't hear about this. But man... I never even got to visit it. ><; Just like I never got to see X-Japan in concert before they broke up and hide went dead. :(

Gah, oh well......

That's amazing, it's all I've heard lately. I'm sorry for you and for the other fans I know. But I mean, don't you think it's disrespectful for a bunch of people to literally claim that his spirit exists only in that place, and that if it's closed, no one will remember him and he'll have lived for nothing?

Dude, totally. I wouldn't have even thought to make a petition... wtf. o_O;
But a lot of hide fangirls/fanboys are completely illogical to begin with; I can't even say anything -vaguely- anti-hide or anti-Yoshiki (cause, contrary to popular opinion, they are not and never were gods %D) without getting a bunch of rabid fans on my back.

It makes sense, though, the closing, considering he's been dead for about 6 years now and, from what I heard, the museum didn't bring in all that many visitors anyway.

But still. x.x; I would've liked to have visited it, just to see it.

I do agree that web petitions are pretty pointless, but it gives people the feeling of helping (hell I signed it XD). But yes, if they sign it there are some things to keep in mind.

Such as professionalism as you stated. Also, putting a nickname and not a real name, that's stupid, really really stupid. (I exclude Psy in this because, she might as well just have it legally changed if not done so already because basically, that is how everyone knows her.)

And yes, that is comment hilarity. lmao

Besides, I'd say that this closure is more of a financial thing than a visitor thing. (Although...they are almost directly related).
Perhaps a PayPal would help more than a petition filled with crackhead comments?

I completely agree with the PayPal thing. Money talks LOUD. If these people would stop whining about hitting themselves in the head with tofu, and offer to help, they could probably make a difference.

In all honesty...(o.o) [this is going to get me killed] I never planned on visiting the hide museum unless with friends and ... I only have about 3 bucks and I'd rather spend it on Starbucks Mocha Frappucino with Chocolate drizzle... But if I had more money, then I'd donate some.

Ha...won't get you killed by me. Like I said, I'm all indifferent~nuetral~uncaring. :D I'd also rather spend it on Frappucino, and I don't even like coffee!

They closed the hide museum? Damn. I was hoping that, if I ever somehow got to Japan, I could go see it. Not too worried about it, but it would've been cool.

I don't get worked up about things. Thus illustrated by my I-just-hacked-my-thumb-open-meh attitude a week back. xD
